Guess the Candy Weight Contest

Directions: We have had a terrific response to the Halloween Candy Donation program--Dentists, individuals and groups all over the country are sending their Halloween candy to Operation Gratitude for our care packages to the Troops! Now you have a chance to "Guess the Candy Weight," write Letters of Appreciation to our Military, and win a Target Gift Card or an X Box 360!

For every Letter to the Troops that you write, you have another chance to "Guess the Candy Weight." The person who guesses the exact weight(or closest without going over)of all donated candy will win a $250 Target Gift Card.

Then we will randomly draw one letter--the writer of that letter will win an X Box 360, donated by Target.

The more letters you write, the more chances to "Guess the Candy Weight" and win!

How to "Guess the Candy Weight"-- Operation Gratitude is accepting candy donations now through 4:00 pm PST on December 4. Our intrepid volunteers weigh each delivery as it arrives. At 11:59pm on December 6, this contest will close and we will add up all the donations to learn the total Candy Weight! See how close you can get with your guess!

How to Write Letters-- Send a heartfelt note of thanks to the men and women who serve our country overseas. Sample salutations include: Dear Hero, Dear Service Member, Dear Brave One, etc. Keep your message upbeat and positive.
Don't forget to sign your letter with your name and email and/or mailing address.
Also, be sure to enter your best guess of the total weight of all the candy donated to Operation Gratitude for a chance to win the $250 Target Gift Card or the X Box 360!
